How do I place & track an order?

It’s easy! Under shop, click on the “Buy Now” button beside the product to view the item in detail. There will be buy buttons on the page to direct you to one of our authorized retail partners. You can track your order directly through our authorized partner’s website.

What is a pulled-stem design?

Our Vulcano glassware is crafted with the pulled stem technique which means that our glasses are made out of a single piece of glass with a smooth body contour.

Other common household brands are typically crafted with three separate pieces of glass (bowl, stem, base) and subsequently fused together. This fusing technique creates an uneven finish at each of the joints resulting in a rough silhouette.

What is a borosilicate glass?

Our Capri glassware is crafted with premium borosilicate glass, a type of glass that is created with boron trioxide. This changes the behaviour of the glass, making it thermal shock resistant.

Compared to most household glasses made out of soda-lime, the borosilicate glass is far greater at resisting cracks and fractures at extreme temperatures. You can find borosilicate glass commonly used in high-end establishments, wineries, and even laboratories.

Dishwasher or Hand-wash?

While our products have been tested and rated safe to use in a dishwasher, we always recommend handwashing with a non-abrasive sponge to ensure the glassware maintains both quality and shine over its lifetime.

What is your warranty policy?

All Galateo Italia glasses come with a five-year limited glassware warranty.* In the event that your Galateo glass(es) breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it up to five years after the order delivery date (or calculated at five days after the date of shipment).

Please email us at support@galateoliving.com or submit a request through the “Contact Us” form with your order number as well as a picture(s) of the broken item. A customer service agent will be in touch to assist you with your replacement.

 

*Five-Year Limited Glassware Warranty Terms & Conditions

Our five-year limited glassware warranty covers damage (including breakage) to the glassware that is caused by a defect in the manufacturing of the glassware under regular use. This policy does not cover damage caused by any other means, including but not limited to, damage caused by intentional breakage, accidental damage or damaged caused by a dishwasher.

Items must be purchased in Brand New condition through an authorized Galateo Living retailer in their respective country. Recertified, B-Stock and Replacement units are not eligible for the five-year limited glassware warranty. Any warranty claims must be accompanied with original proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claims.
