How do I place & track an order?
Find a product(s) and click Add to Cart. Afterwards, click the Cart button at the top right corner of the page. Then, review your items and proceed to Checkout to complete your purchase. Lastly, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Dishwasher or Hand-wash?
While our products have been tested and rated safe to use in a dishwasher, we always recommend handwashing with a non-abrasive sponge to ensure the glassware maintains both quality and shine over its lifetime.
What is a borosilicate glass?
Our Capri glassware is crafted with premium borosilicate glass, a type of glass that is created with boron trioxide. This changes the behaviour of the glass, making it thermal shock resistant.
Compared to most household glasses that are made out of soda-lime, our borosilicate glasses are far greater at resisting cracks and fractures at extreme temperatures. You can find borosilicate glass commonly used in high-end establishments, wineries and laboratories.
What is 18/10 stainless steel?
18/10 stainless steel is a type of stainless steel containing 18% chromium and 10% nickel. This composition offers the greatest durability, shiny luster, and is the most resistant to rust and corrosion.

What is a pulled-stem design?
Our Vulcano glassware is crafted with the pulled stem technique which means that our glasses are made out of a single piece of glass with a smooth body contour.
Other common household brands are typically crafted with three separate pieces of glass (bowl, stem, base) and subsequently fused together. This fusing technique creates an uneven finish at each of the joints resulting in a rough silhouette.
What is your warranty policy?
All Galateo glasses come with a five-year limited glassware warranty.* In the event that your Galateo glass(es) breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it up to five years after the order delivery date (or calculated at five days after the date of shipment).
Please email us at support@galateoliving.com or submit a request through the “Contact Us” form with your order number as well as a picture(s) of the broken item. A customer service agent will be in touch to assist you with your replacement.

We offer shipping within Canada and the United States. Shipping times and costs are listed at checkout. Please note that most delivery times will fall between 5 to 7 business days, but not guaranteed.
*Five-Year Limited Glassware Warranty Terms & Conditions
Our Five-Year Limited Glassware Warranty covers breakage or damage to Galateo Living glassware resulting from a defect in materials or manufacturing under normal and intended use.
To qualify for coverage, the damage must be determined to have resulted from a manufacturing defect. When reviewing a warranty claim, we may consider the nature and location of the breakage, as well as any visible indications of an irregularity, flaw, or defect in the glass.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from causes other than a manufacturing defect, including, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, intentional damage, or damage resulting from improper cleaning or care, including dishwasher-related damage where applicable.
Products must have been purchased new from an authorized Galateo Living retailer in the applicable country. Refurbished, recertified, B-stock, clearance, replacement, or otherwise non-new products are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid original proof of purchase. Galateo Living reserves the right to inspect the product and supporting information provided and to determine, acting reasonably, whether a claim qualifies for coverage under these warranty terms.
